Shipping

All items not requiring freight shipping is shipped via UPS Ground or as instructed by the buyer. Transit time for these shipping options is typically 3-5 business days from date product is shipped; depending on your distance from our California gallery location. Shipping includes UPS shipping cost, packaging, insurance and full coverage of the package in case of breakage to the product. Prices are for United States customers only. International buyers please e-mail for pricing quote. Tracking information will be provided once the package(s) has been picked up for delivery. If you ship using your own carrier account, there will be a packing and handling charge to cover the cost of of supplies needed to provide your package with sufficient protection to reach your location safely. These costs cover the box, packing peanuts, foam, crate, hardware, bubble wrapping and materials needed to ensure safe travel of the package. Large freight shipments are completed through various carriers and may require the client to be at the location for delivery. If damage occurs during shipping, contact us immediately in order to ensure proper claim procedures are followed. Failure to do so can and will result in delays in claims or possible claim rejection.

Product Warranty

All new products are guaranteed from any major defects or flaws not created during shipping. Wiring is guaranteed in new working condition and guaranteed for Standard US Voltage and for normal operating conditions for rated wiring for life. Warranty covers fixtures installed by experienced/licensed electricians or general electrical contractors only. Warranty does not cover power surges, accidental breakage, improper installation electrical or via poor structural support. Finish is covered for 5 years for Indoor installations and electrical sockets for 2-years. Patina damage caused by scratching, or improper care (Wax & Dusting Only) by cleaning with cleaners/solvents/detergents/chemicals is not covered. Installations in Coastal areas (within 10 miles of Ocean) have a limited guarantee on Finish of 3 months and no warranty on oxidation of components and any failure caused via exposure to coastal climate conditions.  Labor costs including, but not limited to, the cost of removal and re-installation of the product(s), shipping and freight expenses required to return product to the Manufacturer and related material costs are not covered. All warranties only apply to the original end use purchaser and original installation of the product. This warranty is not transferable. Causes for Warranty Termination include, but not limited to; Alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence or accidental damage; Improper storage, installation, maintenance or operation; products which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by the Manufacturer;  product subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions; conditions or treatment, based on the Manufacturer’s examination, that were not disclosed; client’s non-conformance to stated warranty conditions. Owner commits to archiving original bill of sale, delivery date, and product number for Warranty verification. ALL PARTS claimed to be defective shall be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection, if requested. Warranty is voided if product is not in the possession of the original purchaser or end-user for which the product was manufactured for.

Right to Return

Products must be shipped within 5 days of reception and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product tracking information must include carrier, date, time shipped, name of customer, address of customer and order information. Products must arrive without damage, alteration, abuse, or apparent usage; products must arrive as shipped. Refunds will be issued within five days of product reception and if no damage is found upon inspection. If product arrives damaged, the customer will be notified in order to have a claim report filed with their shipping carrier. If a claim is denied, Art Deco Decor shall issue a refund in the amount of: purchase price minus the cost of repairs and restocking fee. If the cost of the repair is more then the value of the item or insured value, the item will be returned to the client without a refund at the expense of the client. The client also has the right to have the item returned, at their cost, without the item being repaired and without refund. Custom Orders are not refundable.
